Insight Global is hiring a Senior HR Generalist for one of our aerospace customers in North Miami, FL 33181.
The Sr. HR Generalist serves as the organization’s lead HR compliance and benefits administrator,
ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures as well as all applicable federal, state, and local
laws and regulations. This role oversees HR risk management and operational HR administration,
monitors and enforces HR standards across the organization, supports operational leaders with
employee relations matters, and maintains accurate HR reporting, benefits administration, and
documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure organizational compliance with internal HR policies and all applicable federal, state, local,
and industry regulations, including employment law, OSHA, EEOC, FAA requirements, and HR
