Senior HR Generalist
The Senior HR Generalist provides professional HR support across designated geographic regions, working closely with senior HR management to deliver comprehensive human resource services.
Responsibilities- Manage human resource plans and procedures in the plant; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Administer the compensation program; monitor the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary.
- Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees.
