Senior HR Business Partner - Onsite Manufacturing

Vertiv in Mexicali, Mexico is seeking an on-site HR professional to act as the day-to-day HR point of contact, manage routine matters, and support labor relations. You will coordinate with centralized HR functions to ensure policy consistency and oversee the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires at the building.

You will protect confidentiality, guide supervisors, and maintain accurate HRIS data while contributing to site analytics and audits.
