Position Summary The Senior P&C Analyst will play a key role in driving People & Culture transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on HR systems optimization, analytics, automation, and process improvement. This role goes beyond operational support to actively lead and execute initiatives that enhance efficiency, improve data‑driven decision‑making, and accelerate digital adoption across the P&C function.
A key focus of this role is improving and optimizing People & Culture processes and systems ( including
ADP and Monday.com), ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and automation wherever possible.
