At Kongsberg Discovery , our people are our greatest asset. We are looking for two Senior HR Advisors to join our People Service team in Horten in one permanent and one temporary position.
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the organization, combining operational excellence with trusted HR advisory support. You will work closely with managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality People services and contribute to a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.
This is a varied and hands-on role, where you will have the opportunity to influence HR processes, improve ways of working, and support business performance through professional HR practices.
