Job Description

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Minimum 2 years' guest relations or front office experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of guest service, VIP hosting, and complaint handling.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric approach.
  • Professional presentation and confidence when interacting with high-profile guests.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
