Senior Gun Barrel Design Expert
to spearhead the design, metallurgical simulation, and manufacturing optimization of our next‑generation barrel systems.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Design:
Lead the 3D CAD modeling of barrels for handguns, precision rifles, and automatic weapon systems.
Physics Simulation:
Perform finite element analysis (FEA) for thermomechanical stress, gas expansion pressures, and metal fatigue under extreme operating conditions.
Materials Engineering:
Select and validate steels (carbon, stainless, exotic alloys) and next‑gen coatings to mitigate barrel erosion and corrosion.
