Senior Functional Analyst, Calypso – Back Office
Reporting to the Director of Client Support Services, this role focuses on supporting and advancing our post‑trade and back‑office capabilities for derivatives. We are looking for an analytical, collaborative, and proactive individual who enjoys tackling complex functional issues and working across teams, partners, and time zones to create seamless customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert support to clients on Calypso Back Office product issues through the ticketing system, ensuring clear and concise communication.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues by offering functional guidance or partnering with internal technical teams to address product defects.
• Collaborate with external and internal partners to resolve issues related to Exchange‑Traded Derivatives and regulatory reporting.
