Senior Full Stack (AI Engineering: Agents & Skills) - SAP Datasphere

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong AI Engineering focus to join the Datasphere team within SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC). You will work on the DAC (Data Access Control) component — the enforcement layer that governs who can access what data within Datasphere, operating at row and column level across the BDC governance stack.

Mission

Evolve the DAC component of SAP Datasphere from a rule‑based enforcement layer into an intelligent, agentic governance engine — one that proactively assists, automates, and adapts data access control at BDC scale, aligned with SAP’s Autonomous Enterprise strategy.

The mission is to bring DAC into the agentic era: moving beyond static policy enforcement toward AI‑driven governance that understands enterprise data context, reduces operational overhead, and delivers explainable, auditable access control — with production‑grade quality, reliability, and security.
