**Senior Footwear Developer** **-** **NIKE, Inc.** **-** **Beaverton** **, OR.** Responsible for the product creation process from initial concept through to commercialization and production for assigned models to lead to on time delivery and development according to critical dates, product specification, sustainability, performance, and profitability goals. Work on complex footwear project and convert a project brief and a 2D design rendering into a 3D sample that meets the needs of the consumer and business. Ensure all gates and dates are met for different stakeholders to receive the samples and present to the consumer and collect feedback to confirm moving forward. Work on all phases of the product process to ensure projects can be manufactured and communicated with Asia partner management office and factory development center to deliver the brief and consumer needs.
