Responsibilities

As a Senior Fleet Personnel Officer at BSM , you will engage in crew operations, serving as a key link between ship and shore. You will be overseeing crew planning, recruitment, rotation, and development while ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and cost efficiency to support safe and continuous vessel operations.

• Execute vessel manning plans by identifying, evaluating, and selecting qualified seafarers in line with flag state regulations and budget constraints
• Review and approve employment contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards
• Plan and implement crew rotations and end-of-contract procedures to maintain uninterrupted vessel operations
• Monitor current and future crew vacancies and support the development of annual manning plans and budgets
