Senior Fire Engineer

Job Description: Lead the design and delivery of fire engineering solutions for multidisciplinary building projects Prepare rational fire designs, including smoke control, sprinkler systems, and stair pressurisation strategies Manage projects from concept through to construction, ensuring quality and compliance throughout Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders Review technical documentation, tender packages, and project deliverables Conduct site inspections and provide construction support where required Mentor and support the development of junior engineers and technical staff Skills & Experience: 10 years' experience in Fire Engineering within a consulting engineering environment Extensive knowledge of SANS fire regulations and performance-based fire engineering design Proven experience designing sprinkler systems, smoke extraction, and fire protection solutions Experience delivering commercial, industrial, healthcare, residential, or mixed-use develop...
