Job Description
NOTE: THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED FULL-TIME IN OUR HOUSTON, TX OFFICE LOCATED AT 990 TOWN & COUNTRY BLVD.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting, is responsible for assisting in the preparation of 10-Q and 10-K filings. This role is required to keep up with emerging U.S. GAAP standards and disclosure requirements, as well as other ad-hoc duties. This role will also be one of the primary points of contact for external auditors to support the Company's audits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Utilize the relevant guidance to ensure all 10-Q and 10-K disclosures are properly included
+ Identify new work streams that could trigger new disclosures in the Company’s 10-Q and 10-K filings
+ Analyze current disclosure supporting documents to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements accordingly
+ Analyze and document account and financial statement line item fluctuations
