Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious, high-calibreSenior Financial Manager who is ready to take a career-defining step toward Finance Director leadership.
This role offers full ownership of the finance function within a fast-growingB2 B Saa S environment , with meaningful exposure to executive decision-making, board reporting, investment readiness, tax structuring, and strategic growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate is already operating at a senior level - leading a team and managing the end-to-end finance function - and is now seeking greater strategic influence, executive visibility, and a clear pathway toward FD/CFO responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

1. Finance Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
Foster accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Allocate responsibilities effectively and ensure delivery against deadlines
