Senior Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead the full financial function, ensuring strong reporting, control, and compliance. Oversee project accounting, ensuring accurate cost allocation, tracking, and profitability analysis. Manage and optimise stock and inventory processes within a manufacturing environment. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives. Provide strategic financial insights to support operational and project decision-making. Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks (SOX exposure advantageous). Partner closely with operational, engineering, and project teams. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. Qualifications & Experience: CA(SA) or CIMA (essential). Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience. Strong experience within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or project-based environments.
