Senior Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full financial management function, including reporting, controls, and compliance.
• Oversee project accounting across large-scale, long-term contracts.
• Manage and optimise inventory and stock control processes.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure strong governance and internal controls (SOX exposure advantageous).
• Partner with operational and engineering teams to support project performance.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop finance team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is essential.
• Minimum 5+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or project-based environments.
• Proven track record in project accounting and stock/inventory management.
