Senior Finance Manager, Treasury & Tax

Role Summary

Responsible for managing Group tax compliance, tax advisory and treasury operations, ensuring strong financial governance, effective cash management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role acts as the central owner of tax and treasury matters across the Group, working closely with FP&A, Controllership and business units to optimize cash, manage risks and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

Tax Compliance & Governance

• Oversee Group tax compliance and governance, including corporate income tax, indirect taxes (eg. GST, withholding tax and custom duties where applicable) and other regulatory filings
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns across all entities
• Liaise with tax authorities (e.g. IRAS) and external advisors on audits, queries and rulings
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess implications to the Group
