Oversee and manage the financial accounting and treasury functions
Respnsible for the financials of the Group (with subsidiaries in HK, PRC and US) including accounting, financial reporting and analysis, and tax planning
Report to Vice President – Finance and assist to develop and implement the overall financial strategy for the Group and provide financial advice on the Group’s operation and strategies
Lead a sizeable team in HK and Shenzhen
Establish and maintain financial control policies and procedures to protect the Group's assets and to ensure compliance with internal control and regulatory requirements
Manage relations with banks, external auditors and tax advisers
Participate in merger and acquisition, and ad hoc projects
