Senior finance analyst (guadalajara)

Role Overview

As a key member of the finance team, the Sr. Finance Analyst will partner with Channel Managers and Key Account Managers to drive business decisions and fulfill strategic goals by implementing RGM levers to achieve profitable and sustainable growth, while ensuring compliance with our discounting policy.

Responsibilities Provide financial support to sales teams, utilizing RGM levers to define efficient investment levels, including price monitoring, promotional effectiveness, customer mix management, and trade terms to build our brands while achieving profitability targets. Conduct in-depth financial analyses and develop KPI dashboards to track performance and guide decision-making. Advise sales on P & L analysis, monitoring, and control to enhance profitability.
