Senior Finance Accounts Executive

Circle of Crust is looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Senior Finance Executive to manage the finance and accounting operations across our restaurant business. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), café, cloud kitchen, or hospitality industry and possess a strong understanding of restaurant finance, inventory controls, costing, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
Monitor daily sales, cash collections, payment reconciliations, and POS settlements
Conduct food cost analysis, recipe costing, and menu profitability analysis
Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, wastage, and variance analysis across outlets
