Senior Field Tech: On-Site IT Installations & Support

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Field Tech Senior Representative in Tlalpan - Alcaldía Coyoacan - CDMX, Ciudad de México. This role includes the on-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions such as hardware and software.

The successful candidate will be involved in troubleshooting and maintaining desktops, notebooks, and printers, and will serve as a liaison with clients for technical support. A basic understanding of Windows operating systems and client service skills are necessary for this position.
