The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Fibre Planner & Designer to join our team in our Sydney Office. 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the planning and Designing the Vocus Fibre network.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day

As the Senior Fibre Planner & Designer your role responsibilities will also include:

• Monitor and manage network capacity, creating new network, network upgrade, and network rearrangement orders as required.
• Design optical fibre paths, utilising various assets, for new customer connections, capacity upgrades, network extensions, relocations, and cancellations.
• Create field ready plans for construction teams to build
• Comply and monitor Safety in Design concepts while designing the network.
• Manage records across the network.
• Create splice schedules/designs for allocation to the workforce and contractors.
