Senior Facilities Manager

What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end soft services operations for a large client site, ensuring service quality, safety, compliance, and client experience.
- Provide formal supervision, performance management, coaching, and development for staff, and coordinate training and competency development.
- Recruit, select, onboard, and retain staff, establishing work schedules and ensuring appropriate resourcing levels.
- Cross‑train teams to improve resilience, flexibility and succession coverage.
- Own operational delivery: attend/lead client and stakeholder meetings; review service lines for best practice and efficiencies.
