Duties & Responsibilities
•Work independently in performing procurement functions ranging from pre-qualifying, sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and awarding with local and overseas suppliers.

• Monitoring, expediting and follow up closely on the delivery schedule.

• Develop new vendor relationships

• Ensure procurement operations and workflows comply with regulatory safety and quality requirements.

• Liaise with key stakeholders on modifications to sourcing proposals

• Ensuring the needs of internal stakeholders are attended

Job Requirements
Must haves:

• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• Computer literate and well versed.

• At least 1 year of working experience in purchasing.



Good to have:

• Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
