YOUR ROLE AS A:
HR Business Partner is to develop working relationships with assigned departments in delivering Human Resources best practices that enable them to deliver their people plans in order to achieve the business goals.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Mainpoint of contact for any People Department's enquiries and requests.Work closely with department managers to ensure successful execution of each People Department's functions recruitment, performance management, statutory payment, taxation, discipline and exit managementParticipate in department's dialogues to gain a better understanding of the department's issues and initiativesTrack and report key employees’ behaviours with an objective of increasing employee engagementFacilitate communication and buy-in of selected People Department's policies, processes and initiativesManages all disciplinary issues which inc...
