Senior Executive, HSE

Responsible for managing Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance across Sime Darby Industrial operations and client sites, ensuring adherence to legal standards, corporate policies, and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scope of responsibility for Health, Safety & Environment in accordance with the business operations of Sime Darby Industrial and client site requirements.
• Ensure all applicable legal, ESH Management System and SDI requirements are identified and complied with.
• Coordinate and monitor compliance to Group ESH policy, SDISB policy, vision, GPA B4 (ESH), strategies and expectations.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly HSE performance reports for SDISB’s management review and client submission.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports to determine whether any machinery, plant, or equipment may cause injury to personnel at the workplace or pollution to the environment, includin...
