Job Description
- Responsible in making journal entries in the HITS system for preparation of monthly accounts.
- Assist Finance Manager on the finalization of the monthly financial statements comprising the income statements, balance sheet and trial balance.
- Responsible to prepare audit schedules for items in the financial statements by monthly basis.
- Responsible to ensure the accuracy of the general ledger balances with the sub-ledgers in the system
- Responsible to confirm stock take count before submitted to Finance Manager for posting.
- Assisting Finance Manager to compile the monthly reports from the other services, such as Talent Management, Nursing, Marketing, Customer Service, Business Office and Maintenance. All the reports to be included in the monthly management report for Management use.
