Responsibilities

• Management of the overall order process flow to ensure shipping orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Monitor vessel activities such as vessel arrival for bulk shipment.
• Assess and evaluate the adequacy and efficiency of the overall order process flow and spearhead any process re‑engineering initiatives to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
• Coordinate and prompt all relevant stakeholders to ensure shipping orders are fulfilled efficiently and to ensure payments are collected promptly.
