Position Overview
The Senior Client Servicing Executive will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and seamless event delivery. This position requires a highly skilled professional who can confidently manage premium clients, lead project discussions, handle budgets & costing, and oversee end-to-end coordination with internal teams and external partners.
You must demonstrate strong communication, negotiation ability, creative thinking, and leadership in every client interaction. Key Responsibilities
A. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-driven client relationships.
Understand the client’s event objectives and convert them into well-defined briefs.
