The Event Specialist plays a key role in delivering NI’s events, tradeshows, and virtual programs across the EMEA region. This position supports the end‑to‑end execution of event logistics, vendor coordination, virtual platform setup, and cross‑functional alignment to ensure every event runs smoothly and reflects NI’s brand standards. Working closely with global marketing teams, business units, sales, and external partners, the Event Specialist helps bring event strategies to life through disciplined project management, strong communication, and a commitment to operational excellence.
