- Architect Major Experiences (25%): Lead the end-to-end strategic development and execution of our flagship events.
- Stakeholder Synergy (20%): Build and maintain high-trust relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand alignment.
- Agency Leadership (15%): Direct and manage elite event agencies, ensuring they deliver on time, on budget, and above expectations.
- Financial Stewardship (15%): Oversee large-scale event budgets, maximizing ROI without compromising on the wow factor.
