We're looking for a Senior Estimator to join our Construction team based in Waterbeach, Cambridge. The role is based in Waterbeach, Cambridge and will split your working week between the office and home.
As a Senior Estimator, you'll play a vital role in developing profitable tenders that contribute to our growing pipeline of work. You'll be joining a collaborative team where your expertise in cost estimation, risk assessment, and tender preparation will help us continue to deliver exceptional projects across education, health, defence, and other key sectors. Responsibilities
- Estimating project costs and preparing tenders, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to minimise risk and maximise value
- Collaborating with design, planning, commercial and bid management teams throughout the tender process
