Senior Estimator - Social Housing

As Senior Estimator, you will play a key role within the pre‑construction and commercial team, responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and commercially sound cost estimates and tender submissions. You will work closely with operational, commercial, and bid teams to develop winning submissions for planned maintenance, retrofit, and energy efficiency programmes.
