Summary

Senior Estimator – Full‑time at our Val Caron, Ontario office. Reporting to the Director of Estimating, you will formulate budgets, proposals, methodologies, and conceptual estimates for various construction, engineering, and mining projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid documents, understand client requirements, and define project methodologies.
• Review colleagues estimation bids and proposals.
• Manage estimate preparation and schedules, ensuring on‑time submittals.
• Perform first‑principles calculations to produce project productivities, equipment, and manpower requirements.
• Estimate capital, rental, and operating costs.
• Estimate capital and operating costs, from the first principles.
• Schedule estimate projects and resources.
• Write detailed methodologies to be included with proposal documents.
