We are partnering with a leading consultancy to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator / Cost Manager to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned cost professional looking to work on high-profile building projects within a well-established international consultancy.

This is an office-based position, offering the opportunity to lead cost planning and estimating activities across a diverse portfolio of major developments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and cost plans for building projects.
• Manage project budgets from concept through to completion.
• Produce feasibility studies, cost reports, and value engineering recommendations.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Support procurement and tender evaluation processes.
