Job overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and self-motivated Senior Estates Project Manager with extensive construction work experience within the NHS and or Healthcare sector (or similar) in the built environment to be part of our Estates Capital Projects team. You will be site based full time and report to the Head, Deputy Head or senior team lead and have a strong track record with the delivery of construction projects, be a highly motivated, experienced team player with excellent financial and communication skills. You will be required to work on Capital & Estates Backlog projects on all the Trust sites. You will be working alongside Trust stakeholders to develop schemes, with responsibilities for procurement, control of design teams and be accountable for financial performance, programme and quality delivery and supporting on business case development.
