Senior Environmental Superintendent

Reporting to the Manager, Tailings Water & Environment, you will be a part of the Tailings Water & Environment Team. You will be primarily responsible for bridging the gap between DLM’s environmental programs and our Partner Communities. You will be responsible for overseeing environmental management, regulatory compliance, sustainability initiatives, and environmental risk management across the Detour Lake Mine Site. You will manage, facilitate, and execute community engagement strategies, ensuring transparency, mutual understanding, and constructive dialogue regarding environmental initiatives, projects, and performance. The role ensures that environmental programs align with corporate objectives, legal requirements, industry best practices, and environmental stewardship commitments while supporting safe and sustainable business performance.
