Senior Engineering Team Lead – Mining Solutions

Bradken is looking for an experienced Engineering Team Lead based in Santiago, Chile, to lead their Product and Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and development of products for the mining sector, and will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with business priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering and have at least 12 years of relevant experience. Leadership and customer relationship management skills are essential.
