We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Engineering Program Manager to bridge the gap between breakthrough innovation and scalable manufacturing. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end journey of new product development (NPD), from initial laboratory research (R&D) to full-scale market delivery.
The ideal candidate is a hybrid leader who possesses both the technical rigor of Technology Development, Product Development using Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) principles and strategic mindset required for Innovation Portfolio Management . You will be responsible for navigating complex technical challenges while ensuring that our product pipeline aligns with long-term business goals.
