Job Purpose
Manage breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement projects across all company premises to maximize operational efficiency and maintain equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical and mechanical breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement projects across all Hartalega premises.
- Monitor overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and develop plans to minimize downtime and achieve KPI targets.
- Standardize maintenance practices and project implementation across all plants.
- Collaborate with other departments and plants on critical work execution and SOP alignment.
- Lead and train managers and engineers to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality output.
- Implement manufacturing technology upgrades and assess their impact on operations.
