The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Special Projects Dallas (SPD) is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the multi-disciplined team of engineers responsible for structural design, production engineering, production improvements, shipside support, and affordability in Berkley, MO. This position reports to the SPD Chief Program Engineer.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides engineering support to the AAS Special Mission Pod production contract and the SPD sustainment subcontract.
Ensures that the team has the proper skills, tools, processes, and resources needed to execute Statement of Work tasks.
Collaborates with the Production Operations, Quality, Supplier-Management, Business and Program-Management teams.
Develops and maintains outstanding relationships with external customers is essential.
