Working 42 hrs per week, 8am‑5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am‑4.30pm Friday. Some on‑call may be required.

Purpose

To work as part of the mill engineering team to meet the full maintenance requirements of Ashbourne Feed Mill.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a maintenance plan is in place and adhered to so that production downtime is reduced to an absolute minimum at all times.
• Provide and maintain a breakdown call‑out plan, reducing production downtime to an absolute minimum.
• Provide regular reports on the maintenance status of the mill as KPIs.
• Maintain all pressure systems, ensuring full compliance with all legal and insurance requirements.
• Assist in purchasing and stock control of all site maintenance items inline with budget targets.
• Maintain the current Company Permit to Work System.
