The Highway Transfer Secretariat is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team responsible for the overall strategy, program management, cross‑government and municipal coordination supporting the upload of selected municipal highways and expressways to the province.

About the job

In this role, you will:

• Manage the timely delivery of complex planning and engineering projects undertaken both in‑house and by external consultants.
• Interact with ministry management, municipalities, external agencies and the public.
• Consolidate engineering input and provide technical advice and direction to management and consultants.
• Protect ministry interests with respect to active projects within future provincial highway corridors.
