Main Duties/Responsibilities:
1.Technical
• Able to identify the fundamental factors that contribute to the desired performance metric. • Able to utilize appropriate modeling tools to make optimization / or predictions. • Able to Analyse and make recommendation from experimental tests / analytical assessments of data, analysis should hold up to a high standard of technical rigor. • Able to design tests and corresponding test plans that efficiently seek to identify and optimize performance and stays authentic to the customers experience of performance. • Write scripts / Excel / Minitab analysis to create predictive models for performance, have the technical know-how to assess the suitability of your chosen approach and provide clear recommendations to your audience. • Able to propose design mitigations, recommendations to achieve performance targets
