Senior Engineer, Product

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the technical framework and documentation process for data center (DC) projects including:
• Stage 1 (Pre-Sales):
  Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) formats
• Stage 2 (Pre-Sales):
  Spare parts policies & management (in collaboration with the Regional Service Team)
• Stage 3 (Commissioning):
  Commissioning Levels 1–5 (from Factory Witness Testing to Integrated Systems Testing)
• Customize the framework to meet the specific requirements and standards of key DC clients.
• Support the
  team
  with technical documentation and compilation for regional tender submissions.
• Conduct critical site visits and key milestone checks, representing
  local/regional presence
  .
• Identify and proactively report any on-site technical or project issues to minimize escalation from the client side.
