Job Description
What you will do:
We are seeking a highly experienced Embedded Software Testing Engineer with hardware knowledge and automation expertise to lead validation and verification of air conditioner products. This role involves defining test strategies, managing manual and automated testing, and ensuring complete product quality across embedded platforms of air conditioners.
You will act as a key communicator, able to explain technical and functional issues across teams. Experienced in requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, and automation throughout the product validation lifecycle.
How you will do it:
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills and understanding of testing methodologies
• Proficiency in embedded software testing, including white-box techniques
