Senior Engineer - Civils (Short-Term Contract)
8-10 Weeks | Busy Public Infrastructure Environment | Start ASAP
What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing day‑to‑day civils activities on a live public site
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance in a busy environment
- Supervising ducting, trenching and minor reinstatement works
- Coordinating with barrier installation teams and subcontractors
- Acting as the main point of contact for the client
- Engaging with the public and managing pedestrian/vehicle interface
- Supporting the team with problem‑solving and sequencing
- Carrying out occasional light setting out/marking out if needed
What They're Looking For
- Background in setting out or civil engineering
- Strong understanding of buildability and site coordination
- Confident supervising small civils packages
