Phillips 66 is seeking a **Senior Engineer II, Instrument & Control** to support the Projects organization. In this role, the engineer provides design guidance and quality assurance for the selection, design, fabrication, configuration, and installation of instruments, control, and safety systems associated with capital projects.
This position is a technical oversight role for multiple facilities and works closely with the EPC, project management, process and mechanical engineering, procurement, fabricators, constructors, and site stakeholders to ensure designs, equipment, software, and materials meet applicable codes, standards, and project objectives. The role is best suited for an engineer who combines strong technical depth in instrumentation and control systems with practical project execution skills in refining or similar industrial environments.
