Senior Electrical Estimator

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to lead cost estimation for electrical and systems on high-value construction projects, such as hospitals, high‑end residential, complex commercial, infrastructure, transportation and data centers, in Florida. The ideal candidate will bring subject matter expertise in such areas to develop accurate, competitive bids for multi‑hundred million‑dollar projects, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with client expectations. This role requires collaboration with project lead estimator/chief estimator teams, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver precise estimates in Florida's dynamic construction market. The candidate shall also be able to prepare pre‑construction type budgets using a top‑down estimating model and perform change order analysis and preparation.
