Position Overview
Senior Electrical Engineer within WSP’s Property & Buildings M&E Team, responsible for designing and delivering complex electrical systems for mission‑critical and high‑performance buildings across the GTA. Based in Thornhill or Downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Lead design/development of power distribution, lighting, grounding, earthing, and lightning protection systems for new and retrofit projects.
- Prepare, review, and approve technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and designers.
- Coordinate with mechanical, structural, architectural, and offshore design teams.
